Sale document of Muhammad Khalil's daughter, 1918
Khanum, daughter of Haji Muhammad Khalil Tajir (merchant) from Shiraz, sells half of a farm in Fars province to Amir ‘Abd Allah in exchange for some sugar lumps and two thousand dinars. In addition, Amir ‘Abd Allah is responsible for spending an annual amount of fifty tumans, for seven years, on hiring a trustworthy person to perform prayers and fasts on Khanum's behalf.

Settlement between daughter of Mirza Aqa Khan and her daughter, 1899 or 1900
Settlement between the daughter of Mirza Aqa Khan (and sister of Shaykh al-Islam) and her daughter, in which a big and white room and its furniture are settled in exchange for three kilos of salt and a silver coin. This settlement is confirmed in by several religious leaders. Also, according to this agreement, 75 tumans were put aside for thirty years to be used for food donations for five years and four years of prayers and fasts in case of the death of Mirza Aqa Khan's daughter. The two women are not named in the document.

Settlement and Will of Bibi Zahra Khanum, 1914
Will of Bibi Zahra, dated February 13, 1914: Bibi Zahra Khanum, the daughter of Haji Ismaʻil, settled all her properties and belongings with Aqa Muhammad Karim, the son of Mirza Rahim, for 100 dinars. It was also settled that for fifty years from that date, if Bibi Zahra Khanum is alive, her living expenses should be paid, and upon her death, 40 tumans are to be spent upon: a memorial ceremony (costing 20 tumans), prayers and fasts, and to pay her debts and those of her late son, Aqa Muhammad Husayn. Settlement between Nisa’ Baygum Jan, daughter of the late Fath‘ali, and her four great great-granddaughters, Mah Sultan, Fatimah, Gawhar (daughters of Lutf‘ali), and Khanum (daughter of Nasr Allah), exchanging one-third of a building for one hundred dinars and some wheat. She also settled one-twelfth of the same building with Nayib Muhammad Ibrahim, son of Haji Muhammad Baqir, and Mirza Muhammad, son of Haji ‘Abd Allah, in exchange for one hundred dinars and some wheat, on the condition that they spend five tumans of the monetary value of the property on the Mulla Muhsin mosque and the rest...

Settlement between Gawhar Taj Khanum and her grandson, 1926
Settlement between the daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah [Gawhar Taj Khanum] and her grandson, Ibrahim Khan (with guardianship of his father ‘Ali Akbar Khan As‘adi) over half of the Jahan Abad farm in Rigan for one hundred dinars and some wheat, the Bibi Zava’i garden in Mahdab and its water usage for one hundred dinars, and some crystal candies. After Gawhar Taj Khanum’s death, the income from these properties should be used for renumeration of prayers and fasts for fifty years, Qur’an recitations, offerings of food, and expenses for sending forty people to pilgrimage.

Shikar Khanum's settlement and will, 1921
Mashhadiyah Shikar Khanum, the daughter of the late Haji Allahyar Ganjah and the wife of Haji ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the merchant from Ganjah, makes a claim against her brother, Mulla Najaf, regarding her inheritance from her father and her mother, Bibi Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Mustafa. On one side is the settlement dated August 21, 1904 between Karbalayi Kazim, son of the late Mirza [illegible] from Lahijan, and Haj Ramazan, son of Mashhadi Mulla Baba from Dumuchal [Dumchal], over connected and seperate pieces of land in Dumuchal [Dumchal] village, which Karbalayi Kazim inherited from his mother and his brother, for four hundred twenty-five tumans and five thousand dinars.
